FUYU MIZUNARA CASK JAPANESE WHISKY Size:700 ml or grilledFuyu Mizunara Cask Finish is a blend of whiskey from Honshu Island, Japan. Young and playful, this blend is 50% malt, 50% mash corn and wheat . It's aged in casks made from a native oak in Japan, Mizunara. The wood should be 200 years old before it can make the tightly sealed casks. The whiskey is aged in new American white oak and finished the Mizunara. Mildly smoky with banana, caramel, and date on the palate, it has a pleasing roundness and spice.
